Working in public education for over 11 years has provided me with a deep commitment to community values and social services. I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, with further training in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychology. Much of my clinical experience and education has focused particularly on trauma and grief, with an emphasis on cognitive, somatic, and depth-oriented approaches.
I offer psychotherapy services as well as presentations & classes that blend my background of inquiry-based, collaborative, and introspective approaches to life and healing. I strive to make these tools accessible and relevant to a broad audience, for personal impact, and beyond.
